Every project we embark on begins with a site survey, allowing us to capture all the specific requirements in a Specification Document. This then becomes our 'bible' for that project and is the benchmark for results.

The project is audited regularly to customer requirements and audits can range from daily to monthly or even quarterly inspections as required.

Continuous Staff Training

We provide all our staff with both in-house and external training on all forms of cleaning practices to ensure that they are multi-skilled and able to deal with any common requirements. Our staff can then choose to specialise in a specific area as desired and we also provide access to government schemes, such as the 'Train To Gain' courses that can lead to NVQ level qualification.
