The Bette Klean name serves as a constant reminder to us and our customers of our focus on delivering the highest quality services possible.
To this end we have committed to a regime of certification to ensure on-going quality throughout a project. Bette Klean is ISO9002 Certified and is also a member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science as well as the National Carpet Cleaning Association.
These affiliations allow us to continue to discover and develop new skills and techniques to help increase the quality of finish that we strive for.
Ensuring Customer Quality
Every project we embark on begins with a site survey, allowing us to capture all the specific requirements in a Specification Document. This then becomes our 'bible' for that project and is the benchmark for results.
The project is audited regularly to customer requirements and audits can range from daily to monthly or even quarterly inspections as required.
Continuous Staff Training
We provide all our staff with both in-house and external training on all forms of cleaning practices to ensure that they are multi-skilled and able to deal with any common requirements. Our staff can then choose to specialise in a specific area as desired and we also provide access to government schemes, such as the 'Train To Gain' courses that can lead to NVQ level qualification.
Continuous Technology Investment
Our commitment to quality led us to setup an equipment investment program to ensure that we keep up with the latest cleaning technologies. This program pays for itself by not only ensuring our customers stay happy and therefore loyal, but new equipment delivers efficiencies in time and consumables that helps to reduce our costs and so makes us more profitable.
